This blog is about my journey through life with food. I felt for many years that I was a healthy eater. I wasn’t big on sweets, didn’t over consume sodas, fried foods, fats, carbs…
Little did I know that this wasn’t healthy eating.
Healthy eating is much simpler; eat whole natural foods.
Stay away from manipulated, manufactured and processed foods.
So here is what I’m learning along my way and hopefully in terms that will make sense to anyone and everyone.
